“My boyfriend and I go here a couple times a month. The food is always delicious. He usually gets an Italian beef, I get the ravioli. Both awesome and would highly recommend. We always get it to go. We have had an issue with the food being incorrect compared to what we ordered but they immediately issued an apology and issued a gift card for our next visit.“

“I don’t write reviews often, but I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Brandon!
I was having a really rough day, and he went above and beyond to give me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. He didn’t have to go the extra mile, but he did, and it truly made a difference.
Thank you so much, Brandon! You turned my day around. 10/10!“

“Shoutout to Egg Harbor Cafe (Lake Geneva, WI) if you haven’t been, go! I met up with my brother and niece for lunch Saturday, and we had such a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and fun, and we were laughing the entire time. My chicken salad was honestly one of the best I’ve had, highly recommend. Credit where credit is due, well done!“
