“Had a problem ordering through a delivery app. I ordered within 30 minutes of the store closing. The restaurant called and told me they couldn't finish the order. Totally understandable since they would be delivering it. They said the order would be cancelled. The delivery app didn't cancel the order as we expected. The next day I called and talked to two employees (including the store Manager who called me back) and they were exceptionally helpful and professional. I fixed getting a credit with the delivery company later. Wanted to highlight that the store had some helpful people there.“
“Was ignored by staff with no other customers in the restaurant. Stood at the counter for an online order, patiently, while one sat down to eat. Was absolutely ignored for nearly 5 mins with no verbal contact or even eye contact. *Edit.... Thank you for replying! I was in today and had great service!“
“The man behind the counter with the beard and the long curly hair greeted me as I came in the door. I'm an older gentleman and I can't pump gas for myself, so I asked him if he'd pump my gas for me. I handed him my keys and he went out there and pumped the gas in the cold for me. I was so thankful. The young lady with the red hair and glasses helped me with the sandwiches for my children. They are very kind.“
“From the outside looking in, I was drawn to in with the blinking lights. However, it could use a bit more lights to mark the entrance driveway.Once we entered, we were curious with how the food would be. Other reviews appear to wonder about this as well. The interior atmosphere is filled with antiques and charm. The video slot machines is what I believe give reason for pause. The very reasonable prices might even make folks wonder as well! :-)When the food arrived, we didn't have to wonder anymore. The ribs, the salad, and the hot dogs we ordered were all excellent!Now that we're over the hump of wondering, you'll want to come back more and more. The price AND TASTE will not scare you!“
“My husband and I have been to Luke's twice. We ate thier grilled italian sausage sandwhich, gyro and grilled chicken sandwich. Awesome! Love charbroiled food. Less fat. The whole crew was SUPER friendly and double checked our order at the window to make sure they got it right. “My kids and I visited the new Cousins in Elkhorn. Not only was the sevvice excellent and food very good but we were stunned when we realized our subs were labeled mom, bro and sis. They realized we were family and personalized them. So cool. I thank them for such a great experience“
“I got the Bella Mozza (toasted) added cucumbers, it was really good, boyfriend got the spicy Italian, he's always happy with that. Poor guy behind the counter, his computer/register was not working correctly, we're just about done eating & he's able to cash us out (also had the next guy's order on our bill) when he said $42 you would think he'd realize we only got 2 sandwiches, we had to tell him that was incorrect. Really good thing we weren't in a hurry, that would have been frustrating. Overall would eat there again, place was clean & guy was cleaning when we walked in.“
“Superb service! A one-of-a-kind customer experience. We came into Richmond subway in the midst of lunch hour and ordered 20 sandwiches for a group of city kids we invited out for a day at a farm. The Subway team took great care of us — they were fast, friendly and accommodating. And they didn’t miss a beat with the regular lunch crowd!“
“I can't say enough about this Subway saving a special day. Tried order two nights ago from app for the catering. Finally got it through yesterday. Got confirmation of order & billing. Was to arrive at 10 this morning from a subway pretty far away. Couple minutes to 9 got message cancelled order. Catering response when I called was useless. (Note it's not really Subway if you access through app). I called this Subway directly shortly after they opened at 10. Took my order and all set before noon and not one complaint about the food. Went way above & beyond to take care of us and not ruin a special day with no food. Thank you thank you.“
“Ate lunch here and had a great experience! Employees were very friendly and welcoming. Generous portions and tasted delicious. Nice clean restaurant with plenty of seating even while being connected to gas station. Will absolutely eat here again.“
