This was my first time ever going to a Jersey Mike’s and it was phenomenal The food was excellent. I got the bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak and it was so good The ranch was very rich. The lettuce was extremely fresh and the chicken was very tender and juicy. They had some amazing music playing. The customer service was amazing and I will definitely be coming back.
Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today while trying to find somewhere to have lunch with my son. When I mentioned that it was our first time, a kind man behind the counter gave us a walk-through of the ordering process and what Mike's Way means, which another customer comically turned and said it was the ONLY way to order a sub. Lol. Once we were at the register we were offered Cookies for Rookies, being that it was our first time. Lol!

Jersey Mike's Subs offers excellent food and amazing customer service. The bacon ranch chicken cheesesteak is so good, with very rich ranch, extremely fresh lettuce, and very tender and juicy chicken. The chicken cheese steak is good, though a little dry, like it could include a bit of sauce or condiments on bread before heating, but it tasted great. Hot subs are absolutely delish and the ingredients are so fresh. One note: they cut the cold sandwiches, but for hot ones, ask before taking from the counter or they cannot cut them. First-time visitors receive a walk-through of the ordering process and what Mike's Way means, and are offered Cookies for Rookies. The employees are friendly, courteous, well mannered, and always smiling, with one register worker checking on guests to make sure everything was okay. The music and great jams add to the visit. Carry out efficiency needs vast improvement, as food is consistently ready well after the advised pick up time of 15 minutes, sometimes taking 25+ minutes.
