“We drove over to Minocqua and had lunch at a new breakfast/lunch spot. What a good plan!! Lida's has a large menu for both breakfast and lunch and you can have either when they are open. An nice selection of vegetarian choices and just an interesting menu makes it a real breath of fresh air in the north. I had a lunch bowl that had sweet potatoes,'carrots and other root veg along with plant based chorizo with an egg on top. My friend had the cado Benny which she also enjoyed! I love how carefully they prepared the chorizo- plant based protein can turn dry really fast. This was great. We had a super waitress and the restaurant itself is just lovely. A little northwoodsy but also a bit modern. Very good experience. Highly recommend!! ALSO very good coffee. Which doesn't always happen in a restaurant. This was excellent. And I'm kinda picky about coffee“

“This is definitely a necessary stop if you're coming through Minocqua! The environment is second to none in comparison to the other shops in the area and it has a very warm, homey feel to it! All of the staff is super nice and respectful as well. The raspberry croissant is also a must-buy, 10/10!“

“Pretty good food, but our waitress Tina delivered great service that made this cafe stand out. She was very attentive and upbeat despite being very busy. In a world of service getting worse everyday, she was a glimmer of hope I had the 3C's sampler, and although fish for breakfast seemed weird, it was a delicious plate. Extra points for having no-spill kids cups for us.“
“Great locals spot for a hearty breakfast. Everyone inside seemed to be regulars which is always a good sign. I opted for a monster breakfast sandwich that was filled with eggs, bacon, sausage and diced potatoes - half was plenty. Taste wise it was solid but my hash brown were a bit underdone. Fast, friendly service and cheap prices too.“

“I was very impressed by the food I love the gyros, my wife got the chocolate chip pancakes and the atmosphere was calm, and very cute decore on the walls! It's a little on the higher end for price but you know what it's the experience to me that matters!“

“Made the mistake of going to Starbucks first. Ordered a double espresso with a splash of cream and got a full cup of coffee. They messed up three times. Went to Caribou and not only were the Barista's friendlier, they got my order right the first time. We will be going to Caribou when we are in Minocqua from now on. Clean, friendly and great coffee“

“So enjoy this independent and original coffee shop. Located in an old bank building they serve ☕ and espresso based drinks as well as iced Lotus. Bakery is yummy - especially the buttermilk bran muffins. Breakfast and lunch items are made to order and fresh. The Breakfast Wrap is delicious and you can eat it with one hand- unlike the Breakfast Sandwich which is a wonderful mess and quite filling. Staff is quirky and attentive.“

“Food and service were top notch! Large portions, came out hot, and tasted homemade; everything was delicious. We were cramped as a family of 5 at a booth with the chair on the end. I would recommend at least one table with a seating capacity of 6 for the restaurant.“
