“My husband and I just tried Jersey Mikes for the first time ever!!! And we would say this is our new favorite sub shop!!! The bread was super good and so was the subs!!! We both got fountain drinks and the husband noticed they tasted flat and told one of the workers who was super nice about it and found out that they ran out of co2 for the carbonation but he didn’t know how to change it but his boss was coming in to show him how to change it. After it was changed the soda was obviously much bettter ha ha but definitely will be back!!!! Great service and great fresh sub!!!“
“It was very busy when I went with some of my friends and we barely found a table with chairs. But we got there at a good time because everyone else had just got their food, so we received ours in a somewhat speedy fashion. Food was excellent, service was good, and the atmosphere was not bad.Dietary restrictions: They have a gluten free bun that is pretty good(no extra charge).Kid-friendliness: The kid's meals are really good, even for adults too.“

I got coupons in the mail and my significant other loves their chicken sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. Now he is liking this place so much more. I've never had a bad meal. And now mint shakes. “I've always had good experiences with this small local chain. Their custard is just fantastic. The single scoop is a great portion size for one without going overboard, and they've got a calendar on their website of all the flavors of the month. I love how all their locations have the same flavor and I don't need to go looking in five different places to figure out what they are serving. Good service, good food.“
“I had a gift card. It wouldn’t work because the system was different than the other franchises. They were so good to us. Gave us the food for free and then took pictures of the Giftcard to figure out what the problem was for the future. That’s great customer service.“

“I'm involved in helping manage this store I can honestly say we have gotten rid of the bad seeds the ones closing store early. Much better crew here know . Give it another chance it is very hard to find good workers but our crew we have in place right now there very good friendly I live 2 minutes from the store and surprise visit them all the time especially around 845pm to make sure they are open.“
