I have loved Zesty's since my first visit (how could you not?!), but last week they went WAY above and beyond. We called them last minute asking for a gender reveal cake, and not only did they make the most beautiful Reese's pie (my fave) with a fun surprise pink layer in the middle, but the manager and team were effusively excited for us and even made a cute congratulations card for us! Awful customer service and cold, stale food, misleading delivery on website. Ordered delivery, paid including delivery fee and tip, got a delivery time estimate but then... nothing. I called after an hour and a half, thinking they were running behind, and they said they don't deliver but my order was sitting at the counter. Cold. I picked it up and asked for the delivery fee and tip back, and the person said that she would have the manager contact me because she couldn't do it...read full review
