A&J Pancake House is a cute breakfast place with delicious food. It is a great small, family owned and operated spot. The menu sounds amazing, with creative and authentic meals, including the tres leche & strawberry pancakes, meat lovers breakfast, chorizo breakfast burrito, avocado toast, breakfast burritos, and authentic Mexican chilaquiles. The best gluten free pancakes are available. The food is immaculate and high quality, with great coffee. Service and atmosphere are great, with friendly, attentive staff and the owners checking in with everybody. The strawberry mimosa is a highlight. It is a hidden gem, and a local farmer even showed up to deliver fresh produce. Guests would definitely come back.
