Good pub food, not enough staff to handle a small party that was already planned ahead...

Went for prime rib last Saturday night, was not even prime rib I asked the waitress what kind of meat is this and she said it's fried prime rib she doesn't make it traditionally she frys it. The waitress was a bit crabby and I do not agree that I got prime rib and would like my money back I will never ever ever ever go there again. Buyer beware it's not real prime rib they're passing off other stake as prime rib and charging you. Will never go back and we'll never recommend this place .

The bartender Tommy was average at being great. Kidding. He knew what the kids wanted and had kiddie cocktails all lined up for them, including extra cherries for my daughter. The food was fantastic ( order small for yourself if you have little kids cause you will have leftovers). If there's room for sweets and desserts, try the apple cinnamon wonton wraps. You won't be disappointed by anything on the menu. And if you don't get there in the cold season for their chili, be sure to get there during late summer for the cheesy kohlrabi soup. Havent ever been unsatisfied by any meal I've eaten hereKid-friendliness: They have plenty of seating in the back at tables. Take the family and enjoy some home cooked food any day of the weekWheelchair accessibility: Ramp on the side so anyone of any capability can get in to enjoy the friendliness of everyone that frequents or works in this establishment. Love going here to have a quick burger for lunch or a sit down Friday fish dinner

Went there for a fish fry and walked in at 7 and couldn't figure out why there wasn't anyone in the dining room at prime time on a Friday night. We sat down in the dining room, and it was several minutes before we were waited on. We looked at the fish specials and figured out why there wasn't anyone there. $19.50 for a cod fish fry. We decided to have some appetizers and go somewhere else. We got our mushrooms, onion rings, and chicken strips. They were all way over cooked, and tiny portions. We will not be back.

My wife and I met up with two other couples at the Feed Mill in beautiful Knowles, Wi. We chose the establishment based on location since it was centered between our homes in Appleton, Madison and Waldo. They were moderately busy at lunch time on a Wednesday, but our orders for both food and drinks were taken quickly. We all chose sandwiches off of their extensive menu. Again the food came out very quick and was very good. Our waitress was very attentive to our group. We will return to the Feed Mill when we are in the Lomira area.

I will definitely be stopping back in here on our way back through the area. They accommodated our group of 3 adults and 5 young hungry boy's ages 10-12. The food was excellent! We had fish, burgers and wraps. Salad bar was on point. Old fashioned were great! Thank you.

I feel the need to edit my review. I went back for another burger basket and wife got sirloin sandwich. I got water she got a CANI of Pepsi. 26 DOLLARS. They charged us 1 dollar for lettuce 1.25 for raw onion. And 1.50 for cheese. Then wife was charged 1.50 for cooked onions. Then the 4 percent charge for using plastic. I thought we found a place. Nope. Just another restaurant trying to buck people to death. Lettuce is a garnish . Mayo is a condiment. These things are part of the price of running a restaurant. A plain 6 Oz.ur new go-to place. A hidden gem that serves good food with a good attitude (and smile) at a good price.Spaghetti w/ meat sauce and the cheeseburger basket were hot and tasty. The sauce was made, not just opened. The dill dipping sauce for the fries was a plus.

Bar & Grill look. Service off appetizers came late since they did not read the ticket right. Prime rib w wild rice soup & Texas chili great. I had shredded pork w bourbon sauce over homemade mac&cheeses. oh, so good. Another had a taco on Indian bread she almost ate it all & that's saying another for her at one sitting. Two others had the southwest burger. It had jalapeños & was served with the Greek cucumber sauce, fantastic. The special Thursday night was either a full pork or chicken meal, dressing, potatoes, etc. Pie cheap, not homemade came with ice cream. Drinks are not great ok though. We get bar rail. Lots of variation on the menu. Well worth the stop. In the middle of no wear, so not busy & lots of room to park. Definitely plan on going back. Price for 4 under $70.
