Apex Grill is an all-you-can-eat, self-grill Korean BBQ restaurant located on State Street in Madison. The food is solid and decent, with a good variety of meats and side dishes. The Apex galbi, bulgogi, chicken bulgogi, and pancake selection are all good. Ordering is done table-side via an easy-to-use QR code system, and the food is brought out quickly. The staff is not overly friendly but not rude. For the price, it is worth the money and a nice place to get KBBQ with friends. It is a solid recommend, but you should come hungry.
