Our service name was Carlos. I’m pretty sure that was his name, but he was very sweet. Very understanding. Very kind and very very patient. He was the most amazing server we had and I would recommend going to this Applebee’s. If you want an amazing experience, Carlos went out of his way to make sure we had the right service and treated us With amazing service, I Recommend this place a lot if you’re looking for a happy place where you feel welcomed and loved

Arrived at this location at 4:45 p.m. with my wife I want to use the restroom handicap stall it was ridiculously bad I came back and told my wife about the restroom she has to speak to the manager who is very pleasant and got a staff member to clean the restroom which they did have to accompany my wife had a booth we noticed that more people were coming in and there was no greeter apparently they were severely understaffed in some departments mind you we hated this same location...

The food was good. The server was friendly and helpful but gave us our check before we finished and didn't ask if we wanted anything else. We would have probably had another drink. The restaurant overall is very dirty. Restrooms were pretty bad. Windows ledges and booths had build up of dirt. There were only 4 tables of customers, and 5 servers huddled together talking. Perhaps one or two could do some cleaning.
