Always great food! They beat the pants off of other burger joints with variety and flavor. However, check your bag before taking off, they missed the sauce after they asked if we wanted any and they even confirmed.
I normally love Arby’s and this one is closest to my house but I drive to East one cause of this reason!! I went here last night and there wasn’t one customer. They didn’t pay attention to anything I said causing me to repeat 1000 times cause they were playing in background. I said combo meal multiple times. They had an attitude and then at end missed my fries and slider that I didn’t notice till I got home. So one whole person did not get a meal. The salad I got was gross,...
Never had an issue with food or my orders. Only critique I have is the closer to close you go. The more inconvenienced they act. Went one time @915pm no problem. Next time I was late getting out of work so it was like 930ishpm. I felt bad but was starving. I ordered and paid and was told to pull up to the trash can and literallt sat til literally almost the time they were closed. So 20 min.... No customers inside or in front of me....3 people on staff. I was confused.
