This place has definitely gone downhill over the years. It used to be one of my absolute favorite places to visit whenever I was in the mall. But it seems like most places, inflation has taken its toll on this restaurant, and the food isn't as high of a quality as it used to be. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it is not.

Love the pretzels!! I downloaded the app and I get a free pretzel every year on my birthday! They have tons of coupons in the app all the time. It is my favorite place to stop in my birthday. They have great customer service and their pretzels here are always hot fresh and buttery! Thank you Auntie Anne’s!

We get pretzels delivered from this Auntie Anne's every few weeks. They're always great -- fresh, warm, and butter-dipped. I highly recommend the bucket of pretzel nuggets. It's gigantic and the leftovers reheat nicely in the air fryer.
