Interior rework is great, looks like the other barleypop which is a good thing. Space is of course a bit small and the acoustics were oddly super loud for just trivia...Most importantly the beer. The selection is always good but some of the pricing was absolutely outrageous. Neat place to try local Wisconsin and other craft beers. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, made great recommendations. Definitely would recommend for people looking to try a lot of different craft brews
I overcame my initial wave of sadness at missing the Frequency and realized this place is great. Best place for beer on the square now. Lots of space for big groups as well (somehow this downtown location seems more spacious than the Atwood one).
