You MUST try the ham and Gruyère croissant- it’s a m a z i n g! However, some of their other sweets really fall below par. Cinnamon rolls: frosting is exceptionally sour and a strange texture- kind of gelatinous? I recently purchased one of their $50 cakes and was quite disappointed. Like other reviewers, I found the sponge to be dry and dense. These cakes are obviously designed for longevity in the freezer and not flavor/texture. Also, they use Uline paper bags 😥. So...

The staff member that helped me was unfortunately not very friendly and seemed to not have the time of day for me.
Three of the four items I chose were over-baked, but it was clear that if the bake time had been better that they would have been great because the flavor was definitely there!
