Great diner food! Good omelettes, good vegan food, good local coffee. The wait times are nothing if it's slow, but it can take a long time if it's busy. It's always busy on the weekends if you get there after 9 or so.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetation omelettes, scrambles, and pancakes. Also a couple of tasty vegan options. Non-dairy milks available.
I can't believe this is my first time at this old-school Madison breakfast spot. It has a hippie vibe, I think it's cash only, and the interior is aged and cozy. But it's not crowded, the service is great, and we really liked the food. Classic breakfast, well done.

This diner is such a great breakfast spot! It’s cash only, but they have an ATM. The servers are attentive and super friendly. The food is homemade with big servings. My husband and I love the Hart’s Content omelet.
