Cafe domestique serves some of the best espresso in town. Both the Northstreet location and the original have great cafe drinks— my go to is the iced vanilla latte! Space in this cafe is a little tight, so if you’re looking to hunker down and get some work done for a few hours this probably isn’t the right place, but i do love a quick stay to read a chapter or two of a book in their bright and airy space!

We recently had the mobile coffee bar at our wedding and it was a hit. We wanted people get a taste of one of our favorite coffee spots in Madison and Dan delivered- 10,000 points to DOMESTIQUE! This was our goto coffee shop while visiting Madison. The coffee is excellent. We will definitely visit again when we're back in town. Madison Sourdough is nearby so you can bring your coffee over, get a pastry, and sit outside on the patio when the weather permits.
Cafe Domestique provided coffee for our wedding. They were very easy to communicate with leading up to the big day, and the coffee was excellent! They even stamped the cups with a custom design (that we made with Canva). Our guests enjoyed it very much and we would highly recommend! Thanks, Cafe Domestique!

I always make an effort to stop at this cafe when visiting Madison. The espresso quality is on point, and the staff are always so kind and fun to talk to. I had the pleasure to speak with a barista named Jackson, who sparked a conversation with me because he liked my Pink Floyd t-shirt. This interaction alongside the quad shot vanilla latte that Jackson absolutely nailed truly made this visit more wonderful. I look forward to this coffee shop every time I’m in town.
