Best sandwich spot in town, hands down. I also can’t eat gluten; they started making gluten free focaccia in house and I almost cried, it’s so delicious. The kind of place that raises the quality of life in a town.
The food is so delicious! I never knew about this restaurant until I was working in the building and noticed it. I wish they opened a little earlier as I am only here for a hour or so most of the time I'm here in the morning. I definitely eat here every time they are open when I'm here. The staff are always very nice as well.
The paradigm and Italian sandwiches were absolutely delicious! Packed full of flavor, and paired perfectly with a cold, crispy coke! These are the type of sandwiches I would bring to a picnic date! My friend and I loved it here and are definitely coming back as regulars!
