I eat chipotle 2-3 times a week, I called after ordering a burrito bowl and a kids meal to inform them that the pinto beans were too spicy and due to this I wasn’t able to eat the food. I was advised that they don’t do anything to the pinto beans. I told her I understand maybe they can have a crew member try it because I eat there 2-3 times a week and it’s spicier than normal. Very disappointed to visit On a Monday at 6:30 pm to find out that they were out of chips and guacamole. They had plenty of staff to ensure that they stocked
