This is my first time in Madison and MOD was highly recommended to me. When I went it was very easy and quick to get my food and I was even blessed with a free pizza. I would say overall my experience was the one of the quickest I’ve ever had with fast food and for that I would give them 5 stars.

MOD Pizza is a popular spot known for its safe and accommodating environment, especially for customers with food allergies. The menu offers a wide selection of fresh vegan and vegetarian options, along with gluten-friendly choices. Pizzas are made fresh with a "build-your-own" concept, allowing customers to choose from various toppings for a fixed price. The restaurant is conveniently located near West Towne mall, alongside other dining options. Customers praise the staff for their kindness and excellent service, noting that the location does a great job with gluten-friendly pizzas and customization. Customers enjoy the subway-style pizza, which allows them to choose their desired toppings, and the no-name cake and marinberry lemonade are also popular menu items. While the service can sometimes be hit or miss, with occasional issues with food service hygiene, MOD Pizza remains a great spot for families and individuals seeking fresh, customizable pizza at reasonable prices.
