“It was a typical Chipotle. I ordered for pickup and got there 5 minutes before the app said it would be ready. I checked the pickup area and it wasn't there yet but one of the staff immediately asked me for the name on the order. She immediately handed the freshly prepared food. Good timing.“
“The GM and her 1st assistant are so sweet and are always in the store up front whenever either one of them is there. It really shows how much they care to be on the floor with her team. This location is so good. All stores and people have their days but I think that's why I keep coming back. They are so real.
Kid-friendliness: Easy to navigate store.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs is always a plus. They hardest part is the layout can be tough for wheelchairs. Double doors. And a tight squeeze in line. You can fit but I'd recommend ordering a mobile order/ drive thru“
“This location completely messed my order up and they are impossible to get ahold of to have it fixed. What an absolute joke! This food is way to expensive for this kind of service so don't bother.
Edit: as of right now they have said they will remake the order and have it delivered. I will update again with how that goes.
Final edit: they remade my entire order and delivered it faster than the original. The order was completely correct. I appreciate the fast fix on this and I have updated the stars to reflect my end experience. I will recommend this location in the future.“
