Jennifer took care of an order gone wrong (too little rice). She offered to make our order again during a super busy time and was very kind and took care of things right away.
The last few times I’ve gone to this location the chips were very stale ☹
This chipotle rocks. One of the few chipotles that load up your bowl to the max!!! Reminds me of 2012 chipotle

This location is known for quick service, properly cooked ingredients, and no long waits. The atmosphere is generally good, and the restaurant is easy to navigate, making it kid-friendly. However, the layout can be tight for wheelchair users, with double doors and a narrow line, so ordering mobile or using drive-thru is recommended. Staff members, including the GM and her assistant, are always present and show genuine care for customers, creating a welcoming environment. Despite some concerns about food handling during cleaning, the restaurant maintains a high standard of service and quality.
