Good barbecue at a good price. One thing I need to comment on. Last few times I was here I had my kids. I didn't even have to ask The clerk who rang me up just grabbed two of our plates and helped carry them to the table for my kids. Seriously they just said "we can help you" and took the kids meals to our table.
I had not been to this chain before. The price was reasonable, around $13. It was very prompt, the location had good service, and I was surprised to find out that an order came with free ice cream. I'm just passing through town but we definitely consider going to other locations in the future.
First visit to the Madison, WI Dickey's BBQ pit on 4/10/21. Very impressed with size of the "plate" choices. Meat was tender and not overly fatty. Potato salad and cole slaw was also very good. Will return soon!
