I had a lovely white chocolate lavender latte and my son had a tropical beez latte. Both drinks were hot, flavorful without being overly sweet, the coffee was able to shine through. The service was quick even when busy.
Food was not fresh. it was prepackaged under saran wrap. Four or five stars would food would have to, at least be fresh. Coffee was good, however atmosphere was nice. Very close to our hotel which was nice.
Fair Trade is truly the quintessential Madison coffee shop, filled with interesting people (staff & patrons both), a view of State St and delicious coffee drinks - this place is a gem.So many downtown Madison locals make this their dedicated coffee shop because it just feels good to be there.
