Firehouse Subs in Madison

“Food tasted great. Would have been too expensive though without a coupon. This was my second time and I noticed two things. The subs seem to be pretty messy to eat by hand. I think the subs shouldn't be cut all the way through to help. Another thing is they surprisingly had probably one of the best French fries! -A large order should have double the sauce though!“

“I am not joking when I say they run this place so well. It was the busiest I’ve seen it and a crew I didn’t even recognize, yet they got me a quality sub in a totally reasonable fashion. Everyone that works there truly cares about the customer experience and I appreciate them. They also just objectively have the best meatball sub when it comes to the chain sub restaurants in Madison. Maybe I’m biased since I love this place but sadly I’m #notsponsered so I’m telling the truth. Yum!“
