We had a mixed experience at our home event. Arranging the catering went well. They were flexible and accommodating. The delivery was late by about 30 minutes. The caprese skewers were excellent. The fruit plate was very good. The turkey meatballs were poor…dry, odd tasting and seemingly frozen to begin with. The mushrooms (stuffed) were very good. Gaylord Catering provided the meal and desserts for my wedding. They did an absolutely fantastic job! My guests were raving how good the meal was. I was the bride and I didn't even get to try the desserts they went so fast! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants high quality food and excellent service.
They worked with us all the way, allowing us to reschedule due to COVID. They were amazing.The food was great, our guests would stop me during the reception to compliment the steak and the chicken.I have celiac disease and our entire menu was gluten free. But they went beyond that, and made sure there was no cross-contamination in the food they were serving. I have a Nima sensor and tested the food before eating.
