I always order from this location when ordering through DoorDash and have never had an issue. Today, I placed an order through DoorDash and my food was stolen. After being remade, the 3rd dasher assigned to my delivery picked up the order and then cancelled the delivery. Noah was an angel, he was super apologetic and tried his best to get me my sandwich, which didn’t happen. We did however have a laugh at how ridiculous the situation was which made everything a little better....

tonight was the iron man run so it was incredibly busy. Everyone decided to order ahead which led to a huge backup. Alisha was working her first day and she absolutely killed it! 80% of people were being incredibly impatient over something none of the people working could control. Alisha and the two others working deserve a raise. They all handled the situation beautifully 🥳 anyone who complains otherwise doesn't understand the stress of a rush ESPECIALLY on state street.

No dine in, no problem. The employees were more than generous and patient in explaining the menu as I don’t come here often. An employee by the name of Patrick Mullin offered great insight and even greater service. My order was filled in minutes with exceptional taste and accuracy. I will be coming back more often!
