We had a large event ordering 20 boxes of the 30 mini Jimmy sandwiches split in two nearby locations (600 total sandwiches each wrapped on its own). Shawn was helpful in placing the order. The delivery was right on time to each location and orders were accurate and easily labeled- I missed the name of the delivery person but they were great! Paused delivery to UW Hospital for 2 weeks for some reason, did not get a reply when I inquired on their feedback form. Today I ordered and it said a notification that deliveries may be delayed, it arrived in 10 minutes!

I submitted an online order tonight, when I showed up the store looked closed. As I was about to leave the guy working came out with my order and apologized for the confusion with the lights off. The shop had lost power in the crazy storms today and was running on a back up generator that couldn't support the outside lights. Talk about going above and beyond, he had stayed open and he offered me free chips and cookie for the confusion. Way to impress JJ!
