So let's talk about Evan! He was such a blessing during a lousey American Airlines experience. Evan literally reopened the bar to serve 5 groups of stranded passengers when literally everything else in the airport was closed. We are grumpy and he dealt with us all so very well.
The Madison airport, which I use semi frequently for business travel, could really benefit from some more varied food options. There are really only two places to speak of outside of convenience stories/coffee - a quick service sandwich/panini place with limited options, and this, which is the only real sit down place. It's been expanding so they are due for a refresh. I usually just grab a coffee or a panini but wanted something different, and as I had some time came here....

Food was ok, nothing spectacular, I don't you need a lot of changes to make it 4 starts, more flavor, fresh oil, hotter oil, since or chicken wing s were dry
