When I asked for sugar the employee at the counter with long hair responded in a rude way , without customer service skills as follow is over there take them. No care for the customers !!!!!

Fries tasted like old fryer grease and burger was icky, even by McDonald's standards.
They called my car to be towed from the lot while I was sitting inside eating. They said my car had been parked there too long? I had to give the tow truck guy $100 cash so he wouldn’t tow my car. I go to this location when I’m in Madison and I’ve never had a problem with having my car in the parking lot while I’m inside eating.

My daughter was inside eating her food and hanging out waiting for friends. Apparently employee called and said her car was outside too long. While she was inside eating she ran out to ask why are you towing my car. They said it’s been here too long, she’s like I’m inside eating, I didn’t know there was a limit. Then the tow truck guy said if you give me $100 I won’t tow it. She gave him a $100 which I want McDonald’s to pay me back.
