My partner and I eat here pretty frequently, but they usually forget an item or two.

On my most recent trip, they forgot literally half the order! I had ordered on 12/18/25 at 6:54pm from their kiosk and they forgot half the food. (2x McChickens and 2x McDouble, one of which was the meal deal). Normally it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but this was literally $9.69 of a $21.40 order.

When I tried to call their phone number, it does not have a voicemail box setup and I called about a dozen times.

Please train your staff to do a better job identifying what items go with which order. This honestly feels like a major robbery from McDonalds. Really disappointing. Not to mention this mess all over the lobby this evening.

I’ve got the receipt saved and pictures of the order missing items if any management would like to reach out. This had been the worst visit that I’ve ever had at this location.

Worst place ever. Food takes so long to be ready. Waited 30 min just for fries

The worst McDonalds in the world. 45 minutes to wait for take away. They take your number off the board so head office doesn’t see the stats. There is no service at all. The manager is absolutely rude and says “I don’t care.” Machines beeping like crazy. They would not pass their food safety visit from the health inspector.

Either I was deliberately walked by from several employees or they don't speak English. It's one of those two! Can't order food without interrupting someone's conversation. It's pretty pathetic, though the reason as to why their McDonald's employees. Tuesday night, 9 pm. Lobby was a disaster, no cleaned tables, floor was a ice-rink due to melted snow. No moping, no caution signs. I wish I would have slipped and fell, Maybe I would have received better help but that's the normal. Regent Street mcds is the epitome of a disgrace.

worst fast food place I’ve ever been to by far. food takes too lobg to get prepared, unsanitary dining area, most of the kiosks dont work, the food doesn’t taste the best… the list goes on. every time I have gone, there has been problems. for some reason the people at the register either speak only Spanish or call out the wrong number. they also always forget to give you the sauce and the drinks that you pay for.

Ordered breakfast a iced coffee and meal. Took over 6 min to start coffee. And another 5 min to get food. They had no other orders going. Very disappointed. Dont show up at 4am if you have to work early. They will make you late to work.

Service is so slow and no one is in the front, they only call out numbers but the kiosks don’t even print the receipt so u have to check every number. There was legit 10+ ppl waiting for their food.

Drive thru person could hardly speak English. Had to repeat order 3 times. Went to office to pay and was asked to repeat our entire order. Ordered unsweetened tea (diabetic) ordered 6 apple pies, was given 4. Drove back, went inside and no one inside could speak or understand English very well. Tried to recharge us for the pies. Will not be back there again.

The window attendant this morning was confrontational and extremely unprofessional. He said his name was Brandon, though I’m not sure that’s accurate. He’s a short Hispanic male who wears a blue button-up shirt and is usually stationed at the front counter or pick-up window.

I normally give service workers the benefit of the doubt—they’re often overworked and underpaid—but this individual has been consistently rude in past visits and has also gotten my orders wrong before due to what seems like a lack of care.

Today I ordered two sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddles. I was given two McGriddles without cheese. Simple mistakes happen, and I wasn’t upset about that. The problem was how he handled it. When I asked if the order could be corrected, he became aggressive, confrontational and insisted it was my fault. He even claimed he had repeated the order back to me when I ordered—something he absolutely did not do. I come to this location often, and when this employee is on drive-thru, the only thing he ever says is “what else” in a dismissive tone, often forgetting items and acting annoyed.

This employee needs proper customer-service training.

Do NOT go to this McDonald's. It's UNSAFE. The staff is HOSTILE and rude. I thought I was going to be physically attacked. I did literally nothing wrong. Wrong place, wrong time.
