Their drive through takes WAY TOO long. I ordered 1 mcchicken and the line in front of my spanned out multiple cars and they received small bags once they did receive their food. Maybe they should hire more employees for hours past 10pm.

IMO, this is the best McDonald’s in Madison. They’re often busy so their food is almost always fresh, the place is clean, the bathrooms are unlocked & clean, the parking lot is smooth, and the employees have always been nice. The guy named Javier in the drive-thru is awesome! Make sure you order on the mobile app to save $$!!

I never ate at McDonald's until my brother got cancer and he had to travel out of town for treatment. And the Ronald McDonald House took care of him so well so that he didn't have to pay for hotels every night. Thank you, McDonald's. I had no clue that that's what you do.
