You have to place your order yourself at the register by using a big smart screen even with available employees standing there looking at you. Then the machine asks for a tip lol. Felt awkward. Custard was good. Very similar to culvers but more flavor options for custard concoctions.
So overpriced! A small portion of cheese curds(with a side of ranch that wasn't requested) was over $7! They taste good but I can't justify coming back. Even the frozen custard is too much, $15 for a banana split ?
Service was kind but very slow. Overall not worth the cost these days
