SO GOOD. Was driving all day and came for sushi and was blown away. Super clean restaurant with really nice staff. service was quick and fish was high quality and delish. Hands down best miso soup i’ve ever had. the sea weed is nice and fresh and the rice is super yummy 100/10 will be returning. i would add a photo of the food but i downed it so fast so you’ll just have to trust me.
It's really a wonderful place. One of the (if not the) best sushi places in Madison. The staff is knowledgeable, the food is fresh and very well made, and the restaurant is both welcoming and high class.
The sushi was stellar, as were the cocktails—wonderful Madagascar Mai Tai—but the star may have been the fried calamari with ponzu mayo. Fabulous service and cool atmosphere—love the window into the kitchen.
