The food was not bad...I've eaten at ones in Illinois that are very good. However, when we walked into the place there were 17 dirty tables that they had not yet cleared off and I mean dishes, leftover food...disgusting. You could tell some had been like that for awhile because people had transferred dirty dishes onto tables to clear space on other tables. When I brought it to someone's attention they passed it onto another employee that never came out to clean a table for us....read full review

Noodles and Company offers a diverse menu of delectable noodle dishes, featuring options like Pad Thai, Steak Stroganoff, and Alfredo MontAmore. Customers appreciate the restaurant's fast service and friendly staff, and they have noted that the service and atmosphere are fine. However, some reviews mention that portion sizes may be smaller compared to other locations. There have been occasional complaints about the music, but the general consensus is that Noodles and Company provides a satisfying dining experience with great food. Recent feedback highlights mixed experiences, with one customer mentioning gummy pasta and a weird chicken tender, but they enjoyed the good sauce and tasty Caesar salad dressing. Another customer praised the kind service from Dwight, who personally delivered remade food after a delivery issue. While some diners are disappointed with the use of flimsy plastic for takeout bowls, they were glad to see the return of real plates for dine-in. There are still concerns regarding plastic containers for kids' meals, as well as varying quality in some dishes like the Parmesan crusted chicken and the penne rosa. Despite these issues, the BBQ Mac and pork received positive remarks.
