I am a visitor to Wisconsin and don't know local food handling rules. Aren't food handlers required to wear gloves? No one in the kitchen was, which is a turn-off, especially during a virus epidemic. (I have photos.) Long wait to order, and my orange chicken lo mein arrived with a server's ungloved thumb on the edge of my bowl but no chicken (which I then had to go back to the kitchen to get). Doesn't the city, county, and/or state require safe food handling practices?
