A friend has recently been needing to eat a diet very low in carbs and sugar. We stumbled upon Paleo Mama at the summer farmers market. She was so grateful to find items that hit numbers that worked in her plan. I visited her a few weeks ago and picked up some new items for her to try.

I eat keto when possible, and Paleo Mama Bakery has amazing keto-friendly goods. They are as beautiful as baked goods from traditional bakeries, and they taste delicious! A lot of the time, I find keto-friendly frosted goods to be really heavy, but these are not as heavy as others I've tried. I've even gone out of my way to get a birthday cake from here (I live almost 150 miles away) because they are perfect for special occasions when people are eating low-carb/keto....

Thank you Paleo Mama for existing! We visited yesterday for the first time and were so excited to see that everything was gluten free, among other dietary options and looks and tastes delicious. I don't know why it took us so long to visit as we drove past so many times and didn't look into it. Once we realized it was celiac friendly we drove over immediately to drop our $$! Donuts, scones, bars and more. Pure sweet heaven!
