The Weary Traveler was a nice little joint we found during our recent vacation in Madison Wisconsin. It had a menu of sandwiches as well as other assorted main courses. I started with an appetizer of a Wisconsin Meat And Cheese platter which came with an assortment of artisan meats and cheeses as well as some crostinis. Took 1.5 hours getting food and it came cold. Ordered a cheeseburger for 17.00 and it came with no cheese. Dry and over cooked. The rest of the food was cold. Waitress was busy visiting with other staff. Was a total disaster.
Best fries I have ever had, and tenderloin sandwich was amazing! Side door is confusing and charming.
