OK, maybe this year you can’t go to some far away fabulous paradise Island but that’s OK because look right here in Madison is the next best thing!
The Paradise Lounge is an absolute great dive bar. That is just wonderful great bartenders - and inviting atmosphere and great conversation
10/10 recommend if you're looking for a chill spot to unwind and hang with some pretty amazing locals. We're visiting from Panama City, FL for Canoecopia and absolutely loved the time we spent at The Paradise Lounge. Steve was not only a great bartender, he really made us feel at home. Wisconsin is the best state for tavern culture. Madison is the capital. And.... the dice is best dive bar in the capital of tavern culture. What else do I need to say. Food till bar time. Pool, darts, and FOOSEBALL! The block it's on is also probably the best overall block for bars. Paradise, Jenna's, shamrock, tornado, and the gamma ray.
