We ordered a Caprese Panini heated at DCA earlier. It was warmed in the microwave and the bread came out soft and somewhat slimy! I suggest that you abandon the panini offering and serve the caprese on a sourdough roll or something. It will heat up much better. I can’t be the only one to leave this type of review on the “heated” caprese panini
The service is great! Each employee I have talked to has been friendly. The one thing I have a suggestion about is that the music is too loud. I have to turn up my headphones music to drown out the loud music. That’s all I have!
I really love the staff here. They are always nice, friendly and helpful. I also like it that staff knows how to handle transactions when items are not stocked or available at the moment. I feel that staff had great customer service skills.
