I love the pizzas! They are made with no fillers or extra hidden ingredients. Everything is fresh and homemade! Plus they have true mozzarella cheese made from the cape buffalo from Africa! If you have dairy issues you can eat this cheese!
This is hands down my favorite pizza place so far in Madison. The brick oven pizza reminds me of my favorite pizza place in my hometown from Anchorage, AK didnt think id find a place with the same ascetic and taste. My favorite are the white sauce pizzas but they have some excellent red sauce ones too. Need to definitely try more of the menu though! Very excited to go on that adventure when I can.
Pizzas made fresh, vibe was cool, and location ideal if you’re on campus. But the flavor itself was super mid. Just tasted like a bunch of everything and didn’t have anything to write home about. Pizza crust was soggy in the middle and everything just slid off. Glad I tried this place but definitely down to try somewhere else out first.
