The management here is super awesome I had an issue and he reached out to fix my issue and I appreciate the fact that he called to not only validate the issue I felt was occurring but to ensure me that that is not the case. I will continue going to the Park St location where they care❤️

needed dinner after my family member's surgery. We were staying in a motel. Ordered pizza. after paying for the delivery fee & tipping 20% the driver was too friggin' lazy to come up to my room and properly deliver, but made me come to the front desk to get my order. When I got there all he had were the pizzas and beverage ordered. I asked where the plates and napkins were, he went out to his car and then said he didn't have any.

The Park St. location rocks. Very nice staff and the new honey pepperoni pizza is amazing!
Phone number on website does not work. Try getting through to a person about missing items on delivery and no one answers. Just get recording saying same thing about pressing numbers.this is now the second time I’ve tried contacting the phone number and it never works to get through to the store.

This is a small location lol located in an older building near Madison's downtown area. Parking could be difficult depending on what time of day you decide to visit. They always have my pizza waiting and if I have to wait a minute or two they advise me accordingly. The pizza is always hot and fresh which is a plus.

Worst experience in my history of ordering from any pizza hut or pizza in general. The kid who answered you couldn't understand to place an order called back multiple times was hung up on then asked for a manager. Apparently no manager was working? I highly doubt that was hung up on couldn't place and order and had someone that was outside store location to pick up the pizza. Total waste of time and disappointing to those who planned on this like any other night that we order pizza.

My order was never delivered. After waiting almost 2 hours I tried calling the store to get my money back but no one answered the phone, even after multiple calls
