We had an issue with the register not accepting my reward point and courtney the manager was truly amazing tonight! She was not only patient but extremely understanding and made me feel at ease with asking for my money back. She had a smile on her face the entire time and she was extremely genuine, that is rare in the restaurant industry. Thank you Courtney!!
I live in Fond du Lac and my daughter is in school in Madison. She was having a rough night…Pizza Hut is her favorite pizza so I wanted to cheer her up. I ordered from this location and just simply put a special request at the end of my order asking them to help my daughter smile. Not only did they deliver the pizza perfectly but the message that was on the box definitely brought back her smile!I can’t thank you enough!!!!

This is a small location lol located in an older building near Madison's downtown area. Parking could be difficult depending on what time of day you decide to visit. They always have my pizza waiting and if I have to wait a minute or two they advise me accordingly. The pizza is always hot and fresh which is a plus.
