Saigon Noodles was the place to be on Friday for dinner. Even with all the folks already there, we didn't have to wait for a table. I ordered the steak pho (#13) and it was the bowl was humongous. The noodles and the steak were really good! The broth was decent but I have had better. It wasn't as light as I'm used to. It was salty and fatty. It was not bad by any stretch of the imagination but it was missing some of the aromatics and citrusy goodness that I love....
