The new manager of this location has turned this place around! Great customer service! My mobile order is always ready which was not the case a few months ago. Sometimes it would take 20+ minutes for just a tall coffee. Staff seems happier too. Case is well stocked.(it use to sit empty) Thank you all for doing such a great job!! You all work so hard and I appreciate that.
A young man named Andy working the drive-through window went the extra mile to help with an online coffee order in a calm, friendly, and professional manner. I didn't know that online orders must be picked up the same day and it had been several days. Andy placed a new order, prepped the beans, and I got my coffee.
Let me tell you this Starbucks is the absolute best place to start your morningThere is not a day that I don't stop in and the staff put a huge smile on my faceManager is sweeter than a pink drink and the staff are warmer than that first sip of a lattePlease please keep up the amazing job y'all are doing
