Stopped by to do some work and caffeinate. Busy lobby but great customer service from the kind baristas (Shoutout Sam!). Just wish there was more comfortable seating options for me to linger longer at this location. All the hard wooden chairs meant the only comfy options were in the coldest corner with minimal space to do my work. I genuinely stopped coming to this Starbucks after the service I’ve received. Unfortunately, this is the only place serving hot food in the area that is opened before 6am, besides McDonald’s.
As a former barista, I think I have a pretty good idea of how the job is supposed to work. However, if my old shift manager saw how this place was run, she would have a panic attack.
The individuals that work there are extremely slow, do not get started on mobile orders...

I just picked up a venti chai with espresso and cold foam, and just wanna say it was absolutely delicious! This Starbucks is so amazing and always on top. Thanks for making my days better with a yummy drink🩷
