They’re just humans trying to make your coffee, Emily was nice. They can’t control the store being closed and how many cars are in the drive thru . They don’t get paid enough for how people treat them.
Very busy, good service but very busy with customers & forgot portion of order, had to request it twice, part was still incorrect,but we left it as is. Staff was apologetic & polite, food was good otherwise!
Stopped by to do some work and caffeinate. Busy lobby but great customer service from the kind baristas (Shoutout Sam!). Just wish there was more comfortable seating options for me to linger longer at this location. All the hard wooden chairs meant the only comfy options were in the coldest corner with minimal space to do my work.
