Ramen was delicious, I ordered the Tonkotsu Loin Ramen. The menu stated that noodles were made in house, I believe them. Noodles were great. Modern seating layout. Very clean establishment. Staff is very attentive and willing to answer questions. If you are not sure about trying the spicy hell ramen, you can add chili flakes that are provided at every table.
I love this place! It’s my girlfriend’s favorite restaurant in Madison and she brought me here. We come all the time. I couldn’t recommend this place more, I’m always treated so well by the staff and now this is my favorite restaurant too! The food is always so amazing and the staff is so kind and hard working. Dinner was great. Got the Tonkatsu Kurobuta Pork Belly. Broth was rich, pork belly roasted really well. The steamed pork Gyoza was also fantastic. I may just do the steamed gyoza's next time.
