Almost hate to write a good review because this is our favorite place to go and we'd like to keep it a secret! Great Friday fish fry and great Sat nite rib special. Comfortable, casual, happy.
I've been here before for dinner, but we met friends for beers & appetizers on a Thursday about 430pm.Great selection of beers on tap & we ordered deep frued cheese curds & mushrooms & melted goat cheese with slivers of red peppers, garlic cloves & onions served with toasted bread slices. All three appetizers were great, most especially the goat cheese, except it would have been nice to have more bread served with it.Our server was pleasant, prompt, & humorous. Friday Night Fish Fry Wife did not want battered fish and they have excellent alternate. She got the salmon and salad and looking at the menu- what did I see but mussels. These are some of the best I have had since being out on the East Coast. The potatoes in with the mussels with an extra surprise. Great service
