The Hub is the bar inside the hotel. It's cozy, has great food, and is always fun. The bartenders here are great at making drinks and making you feel welcome. This has become one of our favorite places to visit when we are in town. There always seems to be an interesting and fun group of people here. The menu is large and everything we have tried has been great.

Normally I will only eat at the hotel restaurant if I need something quick. I ate here a few nights during my stay. Will who worked the bar was amazing. He was tentative, joyful and talked to everyone. He created a great atmosphere. I ordered a burger my first day. It was juicy and flavorful and the fried were perfection. Today I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I didnt expect much but OMG it was so flavorful, a kick of spice and so cheesy. I will likely order another one before my trip is up. If you are staying at the Sheraton in Madison I recommend checking out the Hub and hanging out at the bar for a while. It's just a nice vibe and food is really good. Complements to the chef.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, friendly and fast service, and awesome food. The Ultimate grilled cheese and truffle fries were great!! My husband had the Smashed burger and enjoyed that as well.

This is a standard hotel bar restaurant, which is exactly what I wanted and expected. My wife and I ordered the steak, which was listed as 10oz but looked bigger when it arrived. It was cooked as requested and was tasty, as were the sides.I’d recommend the restaurant for hotel guests.

Made a reservation at this hotel and needed to cancel within 12 hours of making the reservation. Bonvoy member too! The hotel insisted on charging me for the full amount. Do not stay here. Horrible experience dealing with incompetent service reps.
