Wow, wow, wow! Our server, Cassie, was amazing! She ensured we had the most perfect night to celebrate our special occasion. It was our first time at the Melting Pot, and we relied on her for personalized recommendations (from wine, to salad, to cheese blend, and chocolate, she listened to everything we said and she got our preferences spot on)! Every morsel was delicious, she timed everything beautifully. Thank you, Cassie!
We had a very nice meal, the food was great and the experience was really enjoyable. The servers were very nice and engaging, doing a great job explaining the process to us. The only downside is the server forgot to turn on the heat a couple times then it took forever for the serving dish to get to temperature. Overall though a really fun experience and I'd definitely come again.
Sarah was our server and she was amazing! She was very attentive and helpful with choosing our options as well as explaining how the experience goes. I’ve been here before a long time ago so this was a really good experience coming back! The food was delicious and such a fun time to cook your own food with family. Although, it’s on the pricey side, it definitely is such a cool place
