I have been eating at the walking jerk for several years now and it never disappoints! I am not a vegan but I prefer this restaurant over most in the Madison area. Tacos are always delicious and fresh. The pressed juices she makes are amazing as well!
The food is always amazing, but the service and consistency need improvement. Multiple times I’ve waited over 15 minutes just for my order to be taken, and on another occasion I drove over 20 minutes because Google listed the store as open, only to arrive and find it closed. Situations like this feel unprofessional and are disappointing, especially as a returning customer. I hope this is something that can be worked on moving forward.
I love the Soul Rolls, steak taco combo and smash burger! But, that's only because those are the things I've tried so far. Tastes amazingly fresh, perfectly seasoned and generous portions. 10/10, will eat through the entire menu
