“Such a quaint restaurant with some of the best customer service in town. Kim anticipates all our needs and the owner, Mr. Ngo is so hard-working and warm. He remembers your order and is just such a nice man who is a people person, what every restaurateur should be. Right off the Beltline and really not that far from most parts of town. This is a quintessential Madison small business. We enjoyed the pho of course, as well as the pork vermicelli salad bun which was delicious!“

“Rocky is the man! We reached out to SoHo as we are an Asian/Caucasian couple, and wanted a Korean/American fusion menu for our wedding. We also always envisioned a food truck, which we saw was possible with SoHo. We reached out and were quickly put in contact with Rocky, who let us know that he was more than happy to help us realize our vision.

When I tell you the food was good, it was literally all people could talk about the entire night. From the egg rolls to the Korean beef, everything they made was a hit. Rocky was even able to prepare a meal in advance for us to eat privately before the reception while we shared our vows.

“I was driving through Madison on the way home after a long week away, and made an impromptu stop because I was craving Pho, and there are no Vietnamese restaurants near where I live. This was my first time at Viet Town and I ordered Pho Ga (P11) and Grilled Pork Banh Mi (BM3), plus an Almond Salted Foam Coffee (C2) to go. My order was ready in under 10 minutes, and packed carefully to travel well. The woman that helped me was incredibly friendly and gave me some menu recs for future that I’m excited to come back and try. For the Pho Ga, the portions of all the components were super generous, enough for two full bowls, and the broth was delicious. I also appreciated the little containers of Sriracha/Hoisin sauce, and what appeared to be some type of chili crunch oil situation. The Banh Mi was also great, and the pickled vegetables being bagged separately so the sandwich didn’t get soggy was a nice touch. I also loved the Almond Salted Foam Coffee, it wasn’t too sweet or bitter, and was the perfect treat. I’m so happy I found this place and am looking forward to returning.“

“I LOVE VIET KITCHEN! Especially their lovely worker, Yen! I’ve stopped in twice, and each visit has been accompanied by great conversation and service. Yen is very personable and kind, and I cannot wait to see her again soon! Amazing banh mi (coming from a Viet), and their tofu is amazing. The viet coffee is to die for, and Yen insists on making it perfect to your liking every time!“

“The restaurant was very clean, and the food was mild, not too heavy, and overall quite good. The dishes were served in a reasonable amount of time as well. It’s a pretty solid spot for Vietnamese pho in this area.
My only small complaint is that I wish the portion of meat was a bit more generous.“

“This is a gem of a find. The owners/staff are so lovely. The pho is on point. Crab rangoons are fresh, handmade, fat and delicious. They are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, the best I've ever had. We had some taro boba. Yum! They were so sweet to our kids. We will go out of our way to visit again. Thank you!“
